Scene Issues

Why can't I see any scenes after my video is uploaded?

If after uploading your video you encounter this screen it means that our platform could not find any eligible scenes inside your video. For a scene to be eligible, it has to be shot as a locked shot (i.e. on a tripod).

Eventually, we will roll out new iterations of our BETA that will allow more dynamic shots with movement.

 

Why can't I see some scenes after my video is uploaded?

 

Our algorithm will only display scenes that are eligible: locked shots (i.e. tripod shots). Any camera motion in a scene will make the scene to be considered not eligible.
